Effects of Sharks Extinction

Sharks have been swimming in the worlds oceans for over 400 million years, 100 million years before Dinosaurs appeared.  It is very obvious to say the the extinction of this species would be very costly on the world.  Sharks are top predators so they help manage the ecosystem of the oceans.  If sharks become extinct some of the consequences are very unpredictable and costly.  Sharks effect everything i the ocean including seagrass beads and coral reefs.
